Pool Parties & Rentals
The New Prague Fitness and Aquatic Center is a great place to hold your next gathering! We can handle groups of all sizes and are happy to work with you to tailor the event to your needs. Contact us at [email protected] for information on birthday parties, family reunions, office gatherings, etc.
Availability
Birthday party reservations are available to Fitness and Aquatic Center members and non-members. Availability is granted on a first come first serve basis pending facility availability. The reservation does not grant you private access to the facility and there may be other individuals using the pool(s) at the same time.
Birthday Party Reservation!
To schedule a party please complete this Request Form. Your request will be reviewed with the date(s) and time(s) requested and a confirmation will be made according to the availability of your request. Your request is not confirmed until you have been contacted by the FAC staff and payment has been submitted.
Fees
Basic package: This fee ($130 for members/$160 for non-members) reserves a party room for 1.5 hours and use of the pool(s) for 10 swimmers, and an embroidered towel for the birthday child. Food and decorations may be brought into the party room.
Additional swimmers beyond the 10 included can be added day of by paying the daily admission rate.

Payment and Cancellation Information
- Fees shall be paid at the time of reservation and confirmation with the Aquatic Center staff.
- Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations after that time will be assessed full charges.
- After we receive your reservation request form, we will call you to book your party reservation and take your payment for the party using a credit or debit card. We will keep your card on file until the date of your party to cover any additional guest admissions beyond the 10 included in the party package.
Chaperones
The ratio of chaperones to kids is determined by the age of the kids in the group.
- Ages 6 and under = 1 chaperone to 5 kids.
- Chaperones must be in the water actively supervising their party guests.
- If there are individuals in lifejackets, the same ratio applies regardless of age.
Children under the age of 6 and guests in lifejackets will not be allowed in the pool without a chaperone in the water with them.
Chaperones must be 18 years of age or older and provide supervision in all areas of usage. Chaperones will not be counted towards the 10 admissions provided.
Facilities
Birthday parties may include the following areas depending on individual department schedules:
- Swimming Pools (recreational zero depth and lap pool)
- Party Room (tables and chairs provided)
