Personal Training
Peter is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Peter works with all age groups and his specialties include:
- Individualized exercise programming for all ages
- General Fitness: Increasing muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and balance
- Demonstrating proper form, posture, and technique during resistance training
Keegan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She graduated from St. Olaf with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Keegan can work with all age groups and her specialties include:
- Individualized exercise programming for all ages and abilities
- Sport-specific as well as generalized training
- General Fitness: Increasing muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance, and cardiorespiratory fitness
- Teaching proper technique, form, and posture when resistance training
Shannon works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and received her certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Shannon's specialties include:
- General strength and conditioning for all ages including balance training for older adults
- Core strengthening and stabilization for injury prevention in young athletes
- Strength training for runners
- Cardiovascular endurance

- If you’re stuck in a workout rut, need accountability or are looking to challenge yourself, check out our affordable SWAT program!
- $55 fee includes:
- 15 minute Goal Setting Session
- 60 minute Workout Session
- Customized workout created by one of our Certified Trainers. This is your workout to keep.
- Accountability: trainer will track your workout progress by evaluating your workout card for 4 weeks.
