Krista is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, A.C.E. Certified Senior Fitness Specialist (ages 50+), A.C.E. Certified Brain Health Trainer, and F.A.C. Group Fitness Instructor (Body Pump, Boom Muscle, Cardio Blast, TRX & Silver Sneakers). Thanks to her own fitness experiences, training and certifications, she loves being able to make a positive impact on others. Specialties include:

  • Senior Fitness: enhancing longevity and independence + experience in working with multiple chronic conditions + intermittent Fall Prevention classes.
  • Cognitive Health: exercises to keep the mind as sharp as the body.
  • Strength Training: finding the right modality for every individual + demonstrating proper technique, form & posture.
  • Group Fitness: transformation of a workout brought on by the guidance of a good instructor and the positive energy of community.

Evie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Health Science and is currently a Physical Therapy Student at Concordia University. Specialties include:

  • Injury rehabilitation and prevention.
  • Education/demonstration of proper exercise form and posture.
  • Core strengthening to promote proper body mechanics.
  • Developing and maintaining individualized exercise programs to helps clients reach their fitness goals.

Matt is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science and recently graduated from Rochester Community & Technical College in Personal Training. Specialties include:

  • Ensuring proper form and technique with clients.
  • Sport specific training including flexibility, strength, agility and speed for youth athletes. Develop a strong athletic base in youth athletes they can use moving towards higher level athletics.
  • Implement proper goal setting and strategies to adhere to an individualized exercise program.
  • General fitness training to help people gain strength, endurance, and balance to increase functionality in their everyday lives.

Peter is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Peter works with all age groups and his specialties include:

  • Individualized exercise programming for all ages.
  • General Fitness: Increasing muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and balance.
  • Demonstrating proper form, posture, and technique during resistance training.

Shannon works as a Physical Therapist Assistant and received her certification in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Shannon's specialties include:

  • General strength and conditioning for all ages including balance training for older adults.
  • Core strengthening and stabilization for injury prevention in young athletes.
  • Strength training for runners.
  • Cardiovascular endurance.
