Silver&Fit is a fitness and healthy aging program designed by American Specialty Health (ASH). It's designed specifically for older adults. You may get access to Silver&Fit as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies' Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans. Renew Active
Renew Active is a program for United Health Care Medicare Advantage and Disability plan holders that provides a standard Fitness and Aquatic Center membership at no cost. To obtain your Confirmation Code, you can call Customer Service toll-free at the number on the back of your member ID card. Hours are 8am to 8pm local time, 365 days/year.
